Klelia (Bimbos Against Capitalism) is a visual artist, writer and documentary photographer using analog or digital cameras and writing platforms. Born in 2001 in Athens, Greece and based in Bucharest, Romania since 2019, she is the artist behind Bimbos Against Capitalism founded in 2022. The “blog” is an accessible Instagram-based platform, using a journal-like approach to explore intersectional feminist issues and real life struggles/frustrations of a feminine presenting person in early adulthood. Internet culture along with hyper feminine visual & graphic language strongly influence the aesthetic identity of her work. The blog tends to explore an “irl” (in real life) aesthetic and written language style. B.A.C. often collaborates with feminist organisations, and showcases street art / graffiti writings of the artist and other supporters of the “bimbo-esque” intersectional feminism movement.
