006: Rax

Rax is coming for the first time to Black Rhino Music with an exclusive vinyl set, warming up for Kahn and Neek show coming this Thursday, October 31 in club Expirat. 

Everything started for Rax in '08 when he just discovered the 140 music by listening to podcasts, mixes and going out to bass-music nights in Bucharest. It was still a blurry picture of the bass music scene, until he went to Outlook Festival. The atmosphere, the artists and sound systems got him thinking in a more realistic and serious way about the dubstep scene and bass music in general. Along side with his friends he formed a crew and organised some events under the name SubGR in the forests of the Danube River.
Not too long ago, he decided to move his way of playing music exclusively to vinyl because of the warm feeling of sound and the emotion of the physically mixing tunes.
