The Newcomers Stage accidentally brought TIA and BOB together for a very special, completely unplanned back-to-back set, powered by curiosity, questionable transitions, rhythm, and a mutual inability to stick to one genre.
Coming from the same city but different corners of the scene, they met somewhere in between house and deep cuts to ambient textures, bass, fusion jazz, breaks, electro, garage, and beyond.
TIA brought a fresh perspective from Bucharest’s underground scene and Black Rhino Radio. Since 2023, she has been curating point break, a party series exploring the intersections between house and leftfield club sounds. At the same time, BOB built his sound through eclectic selections influenced by the community and energy surrounding Bar Ton and Club Control.
