MELODIY Talks

MELODIY is a platform dedicated to exploring the independent music scene through concerts, composition workshops, discussions and residencies that focus on artistic niches underrepresented in the Romanian cultural space. Oriented towards new practices and methods of composition and "do-it-yourself/DIY" production, situated until recently on the edge of the dominant cultural circuit, Melodiy proposes an exploration ground for new and non-conformist sound potentials.

The first series of events takes place in 5 cities in Romania and in Hamburg and brings together some of the most innovative musical acts on the local scene.

The project is financed by the Timișoara Municipality, through Center of Projects.
