Over 10 years ago, Ciupe started playing his first mixes in the reggae/dub local scene representing 1/2 of Serious Dub moniker. While experimenting with sounds and different mixing and selection techniques, he started digging into all kinds of genres - ranging from funk, mash-up beats, house, to hip-hop, trap, grime, and afrobeat.
Within his show, Ciupe will emphasize that it’s not the genre that’s important but the process of creating the vibe that the crowd wants to be on at a chosen moment and add a touch of newness to it.
